FAQ’s for “Adventure Summer Camp”

  1. ​​How much does summer camp cost? $850/session. A discounted price of $750/ session for early birds.
  2. What are the dates?  There are 2 sessions. 1st session is June 13- July 1. 2nd Session is July 5- July 22.
  3. May I bring my child for only one session?  Yes, please be sure to carefully fill out the registration form as there is an option to choose sessions.
  4. When are the payments due?  1st payment is due May 16, 2016 and the 2nd payment is June 13, 2016. There is a 10% late fee attached to summer tuition.
  5. What are the hours for summer camp?  8 am -4 pm (earliest drop off 7:45am/ latest pick up time 4:00 pm sharp)
  6. Is there tuition assistance for summer camp?  NO
  7. Do we pay using TADS?  All payments are made in house via check, credit or debit card, and money order only.
  8. Is there aftercare for summer?  We have decided to extend the summer session until 4:00 pm. Parents will receive a $1/min late fee (paid day after) after 4:00 pm.  This policy will be strictly enforced.
  9. Is the camp still Montessori inspired?  Yes, there will be several opportunities to explore and have fun, Montessori style.
  10. When is the deadline to register? Feb 22, 2016is the deadline to receive “Early Bird Special” rate of $750/ session. March 15, 2016 for regular registration in the amount of $850. You must have your registration form, contract as well as $100 deposit in order to secure your child’s position.
  11. What if I do not plan to attend in the fall, may I still send my child to the summer camp?  Yes
  12. What are the ages for summer camp?  2-6
  13. Can my other children attend?  Yes if they are within the age range. We are opening 5 spots for public.
  14. What sort of activities will this summer camp entail?  We are so excited! Each week has its own theme including “Summer Olympics, Peek-a-bug and the sound of music.” We will also have in school field trips and activities such as West African Dance Class, Mr. Bond the Science Guy and much much more!
